FAQs

What is your exchange/ refund policy?

Refunds are given on merchandise that are returned within 7 days of purchase, on items that are not washed or unworn in brand new condition. Exchanges are given within 14 days. You are responsible for shipping costs to send an item back.  Please email us at gettwiztedtee@gmail.com to notify the company of your exchange request. We MUST be notified before any merchandise is mailed back for an exchange. Clearance items and custom orders are final sale and CANNOT be exchanged.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Accepted forms of payment are PayPal (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). All purchases are processed through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account in order to pay through this method. If you do not feel comfortable making an online payment, arrangements can be made to accept money orders and cashier's checks, but PayPal is the preferred method.

Do you offer wholesaling?

Yes, wholesale orders are available to companies with a physical location. Get Twizted Tees will use  discretion when determining which companies to work with to ensure the interested company is committed to the brand’s message. How do the shirts fit?

Most shirts are slim fit, 100% combed ringspun cotton, super soft baby, jersey knit, short-sleeves with a longer body length, and shoulder taping. Each item will display description and color chart. Please refer to sizing chart before purchase.

What are the care instructions for my shirts? Will they shrink?

Washing instructions are located  on the hangtag of each item. When washing your shirt, turn them inside out and machine wash or hand wash with cold water. Most shirts are made with 100% cotton, so please hang/air dry to prevent shrinkage.

 When will I receive my order?

All orders are made to order and imported within 2-3 business days after the order has been placed, unless the is unavailable or on backorder, in which you will receive notification. Orders arrive 3-9 business days after the order has been processed.  Only complete orders are mailed out, so if your order includes a backordered or pre-ordered item, the order will not be shipped until all items are in-stock or we are informed to ship order separately (subsequent of additional shipping charges). What shipping method do you use?

All orders are shipped through the United States Post Office (USPS) and are tracked using delivery confirmation.
